개인정보처리방침 — 자동 가계부
자동 가계부(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
본 방침은 앱이 수집·이용·보관·제공하는 정보와 이용자의 권리를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소(회원가입·로그인 시). 소셜 로그인 이용 시 해당 서비스가 제공하는 식별자·닉네임.
- 가계부 데이터(이용자 생성 콘텐츠): 이용자가 입력·등록한 거래내역(금액·상호·일시·카테고리·메모), 자산, 예산·목표, 고정지출.
- 사진·미디어: 이용자가 촬영하거나 선택한 영수증 이미지(금액·상호 인식 목적).
- 결제 알림 텍스트: 이용자가 "알림 접근"을 직접 허용한 경우에 한해, 결제성 알림의 텍스트에서 금액·상호를 추출합니다. 알림 접근 권한은 결제 알림 파싱 외 용도로 사용하지 않으며, 알림 원문을 임의로 외부에 저장·공유하지 않습니다.
- 구매 내역: 유료(Pro) 결제 이용 시 인앱 결제 기록(구글 플레이 결제).
- 광고 관련 정보: 무료 버전 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자(AAID), 기기 정보(모델·OS·언어·국가), IP 주소, 앱 이용·오류/진단 정보가 광고 SDK를 통해 수집·이용될 수 있습니다.
앱은 정밀 위치(GPS)·연락처·건강/운동 정보·문자(SMS) 원문을 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 자동·수동 가계부 기록, 통계·리포트 제공, 로그인 시 데이터 동기화.
- 영수증·결제 알림 텍스트에서 금액·상호·카테고리 자동 인식.
- 유료 기능 제공 및 결제 처리, (무료 버전) 광고 제공.
- 오류 진단 및 서비스 개선.
3. 제3자 처리·전송
서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에 데이터가 저장·전송·처리될 수 있으며, 각 사업자는 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
- Supabase — 계정 인증 및 가계부 데이터 저장(클라우드 데이터베이스).
- OpenAI — (선택 기능) 영수증 이미지 및 거래내역 일부가 자동 판독을 위해 전송될 수 있음.
- 카카오(Kakao) — (선택 기능) 주소 기반 매장명 검색을 위해 주소·전화 일부가 전송될 수 있음.
- 네이버(Naver) — (선택 기능) 소셜 로그인 시 계정 식별자·이메일이 전송될 수 있음.
- Google AdMob / Google Play 서비스 — 무료 버전 광고 제공 및 인앱 결제 처리.
4. 보관 및 파기
- 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 이후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 앱 내 설정 → 회원 탈퇴를 통해 계정과 모든 가계부 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 요청은 ineedsfine@gmail.com 으로도 가능합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 자신의 데이터 열람·수정·삭제 및 회원 탈퇴를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 알림 접근·카메라·사진 등 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있으며, 해당 자동 기능은 중지됩니다.
- 광고 개인화는 기기의 "광고 ID / 광고 개인 최적화" 설정에서 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 보안
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화되며, 행 수준 보안(RLS)으로 본인 데이터만 접근됩니다.
- 외부 AI·검색 API 키는 앱에 포함되지 않고 서버(보안 저장소)에만 보관됩니다.
7. 아동
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 변경 고지
본 방침이 변경되면 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Privacy Policy — Auto Ledger
Auto Ledger ("the App") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Account: email address (sign-up/login); identifiers/nickname from a social provider if you use social login.
- Ledger data (user-generated content): transactions (amount, merchant, date, category, memo), assets, budgets/goals, recurring items you enter.
- Photos/Media: receipt images you capture or select (to recognize amount/merchant).
- Payment notification text: only if you grant "Notification access," we parse amount/merchant from payment-related notifications. This permission is used solely for that purpose and notification content is not stored or shared externally beyond processing.
- Purchases: in-app purchase records if you subscribe to Pro (Google Play Billing).
- Advertising data: for free-tier ads, an advertising identifier (AAID), device info (model, OS, language, country), IP address, and app usage/diagnostic data may be collected via the ad SDK.
The App does not collect precise location (GPS), contacts, health/fitness data, or SMS content.
2. How We Use It
- Automatic/manual bookkeeping, statistics and reports, and data sync when logged in.
- Recognizing amount/merchant/category from receipts and payment notifications.
- Providing paid features and processing payments; serving ads (free tier).
- Diagnosing errors and improving the service.
3. Third-Party Processing / Transfers
Data may be stored/transferred to and processed by the following providers, each under its own policy:
- Supabase — account authentication and cloud storage of ledger data.
- OpenAI — (optional) receipt images and some transaction data may be sent for automatic recognition.
- Kakao — (optional) address/phone may be sent to look up a merchant name by address.
- Naver — (optional) account identifier/email may be sent for social login.
- Google AdMob / Google Play services — free-tier ads and in-app billing.
4. Retention & Deletion
- Data is kept until you delete it or delete your account, then destroyed without undue delay.
- You can permanently delete your account and all ledger data via Settings → Delete account in the app.
- You may also request deletion at ineedsfine@gmail.com.
5. Your Rights
- You may access, correct, or delete your data and close your account at any time.
- You can revoke notification/camera/photo permissions in device settings (the related automatic features then stop).
- You can limit ad personalization via your device's advertising settings.
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS; row-level security restricts access to your own data.
- External AI/search API keys are not shipped in the app and are stored only on the server.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We will notify changes to this policy in the App or on this page.
