이용약관 — 자동 가계부

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 니즈파인(NeedsFine, 대표: 오재준, 이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "자동 가계부"(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 개발자의 권리·의무를 규정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

• 본 앱은 결제 알림·영수증·직접 입력·파일 가져오기를 통해 지출/수입을 기록하고 통계·자산·목표 등을 관리하는 개인 가계부 도구입니다.
• 일부 기능(예: 자동 인식 보강, 매장명 검색, 클라우드 동기화)은 외부 서비스(Supabase, OpenAI, 카카오 등)를 통해 제공됩니다.
• 개발자는 서비스의 내용을 개선·변경할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 앱 내 공지 등으로 알립니다.

제3조 (계정)

• 일부 기능은 로그인(이메일 또는 소셜 로그인)이 필요합니다. 이용자는 계정 정보를 정확히 유지하고 타인에게 공유하지 않을 책임이 있습니다.
• 이용자는 앱 내 설정 → 회원 탈퇴로 언제든 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (유료 서비스 · 구독)

• 본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 일부 고급 기능은 유료(Pro) 구독으로 제공될 수 있습니다.
• 결제·구독은 구글 플레이(Google Play)를 통해 이루어지며, 결제·갱신·환불은 구글 플레이의 정책 및 절차를 따릅니다.
• 구독은 해지 전까지 자동 갱신될 수 있으며, 해지는 구글 플레이 정기결제 관리에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 「전자상거래법」상 청약철회 등 이용자의 법적 권리는 관계 법령에 따라 보장됩니다.

제6조 (광고)

무료 버전에는 광고(Google AdMob)가 포함될 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자 및 맞춤형 광고 설정은 기기 설정에서 조정할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

• 이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하며, 앱을 부정한 목적(역공학, 무단 자동화, 타인 정보 도용 등)으로 이용하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 입력·업로드하는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제8조 (지식재산권)

본 앱 및 관련 콘텐츠(디자인·상표·코드 등)에 대한 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 개인 데이터의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제9조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

개발자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내합니다.

제10조 (책임의 한계)

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스 및 자동 인식 결과의 정확성·완전성에 대해 보증하지 않으며, 이용자의 데이터 손실·간접 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제11조 (준거법 및 분쟁)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 관계 법령이 정한 절차 및 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service — Auto Ledger

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the mobile app "Auto Ledger" (the "App") provided by NeedsFine (Rep. Jaejun Oh) (the "Developer"), including the rights and obligations of users and the Developer.

2. The Service

• The App is a personal bookkeeping tool that records income/expenses via payment notifications, receipts, manual entry, and file import, and provides statistics, assets, and goals.
• Some features rely on third-party services (Supabase, OpenAI, Kakao) for recognition, merchant lookup, and cloud sync.
• The Developer may improve or change the Service and will notify material changes in-app.

3. Accounts

• Some features require login (email or social). You are responsible for keeping your credentials accurate and private.
• You may delete your account and data anytime via Settings → Delete account.

5. Paid Service / Subscription

• The App is free; some advanced features may be offered as a paid (Pro) subscription.
• Payments/subscriptions are processed through Google Play; billing, renewal, and refunds follow Google Play policies.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel in Google Play subscription settings.
• Your statutory withdrawal/refund rights are guaranteed under applicable law.

6. Ads

The free tier may include ads (Google AdMob). You can adjust the advertising ID and personalization in your device settings.

7. User Obligations

• You will comply with applicable law and these Terms, and will not misuse the App (reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, misappropriating others' data, etc.).
• You are responsible for content you enter or upload.

8. Intellectual Property

Rights to the App and its content (design, trademarks, code) belong to the Developer or rightful owners. You retain ownership of your personal data you enter.

9. Changes / Suspension

The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational/technical reasons, with prior notice where feasible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the free Service and automatic recognition, and is not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the procedures and competent courts prescribed by applicable law.
